This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves supporting a collaborative team, and is passionate about delivering outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do
  • Accurately process inbound service orders and technician hours for Maintenance Agreements and Projects.
  • Coordinate invoicing, procurement, and maintain technical databases and service records.
  • Act as the first point of contact for service-related inquiries and job allocations.
  • Provide administrative support across service documents, reporting, and internal coordination.
  • Liaise with suppliers, internal departments, and Yokogawa's global factories on service-related needs.
  • Manage travel arrangements, meetings, and general office administration.
  • Support the wider services team during peak periods or team member leave.
What you'll bring

You're a team player with:

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar administration role, preferably within an engineering or technical environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business systems, and a knack for learning new tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to prioritise and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus.
