About the Role
  • Connecting skilled professionals with opportunities: You\'ll ensure clients have access to the right expertise for their short- and long-term project needs.
  • Solving client challenges: You will partner with clients to deeply understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to support their success.
  • Building lasting client relationships, so you get repeat business across white and blue collar jobs.
  • Client networking through attending events to build your industry connections.
  • Working closely with the recruitment team to ensure every role is filled and find the BEST people for our clients.
  • Exposure to the Mining and Construction industries advantageous.
About You
  • Extensive experience in Business Development in the recruitment space with a focus on mining and construction
  • A proven ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Business development expertise, with a track record of identifying opportunities and driving growth
  • A professional network within the construction sector that supports quick and effective solutions for client needs
