We have an opportunity for a Business Support Officer to join our Travel and Tourism team based in Brisbane on a permanent full-time basis.

We are looking for a highly organised individual who enjoys the challenge of working on multiple priorities at once in a fast-paced environment. This role would suit someone with a passion for customer service who takes pride in their work and contribution to the team.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and performing high level administrative work.
  • Supporting and coordinating the team to keep things running smoothly across the business area.
  • Effectively managing high priority information confidentially.
  • Responding to customer feedback and assisting in turning insights into improvements.
  • Being proactive and future focused by supporting business strategy, process improvements and efficiency.
  • Communicating clearly and in a timely manner with a wide range of stakeholders and ensuring the information is easy to understand.
  • Collaborating closely with other areas of the regional business and maintaining positive professional relationships.
  • Employing a safety and risk management focus, completing thorough reviews and supporting priority deliverables and compliance outcomes.
