Area Manager - Leadership Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate leader to oversee our Western Australia services, delivering exceptional disability support that empowers individuals to build meaningful relationships and vibrant lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee seamless service delivery across Western Australia, ensuring high-quality care and support
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a passionate team committed to quality care and person-centred support
  • Ensure clients achieve their goals through personalised plans that promote independence, social engagement, and wellbeing
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve service quality and client satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership experience in community services, disability, or aged care – ideally within NDIS
  • Qualifications in Community Services, Management, Business, or related fields are highly desirable
  • A passion for delivering person-centred, high-quality support and exceptional leadership skills
  • Strong team-building skills and a track record of developing high-performing teams
