Overview

Experienced and commercially focussed IT Manager needed to take ownership of Kokoda's IT operations. Reporting to the Executive Business Manager, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day IT needs, supporting staff and driving continuous improvement in systems and security.

This is a hands-on role working with our external IT provider to ensure reliable and secure technology across the business, from Microsoft 365 and network management to device rollouts, AV setups and project-based IT upgrades. You will shape Kokoda's IT environment to keep the business connected, productive and secure.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage Kokoda's IT function, working closely with our external IT provider
  • Drive productivity and innovation across the business
  • Support staff with IT needs and lead continuous improvement in systems and security
About You
  • 5+ years' experience in IT management, systems administration or a similar role
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tenant administration, SharePoint and Teams
  • Proficient in network operations and network security
  • Familiarity with Intune, Apple Business Manager and device/application management
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and project management skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement ability, with a customer-service mindset
  • Highly organised, commercially astute and detail-focused
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, calm under pressure and willing to travel to our Brisbane office when required
