Contract Type: Initial 12 month daily rate contract

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead the testing phase of an upcoming ERP implementation. The project will focus on Dynamics 365, and the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the system meets business requirements, is fully functional, and is delivered with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall test strategy and approach for the ERP implementation.
  • Manage end-to-end testing activities, including functional, integration, regression, and UAT.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of testers and/or external test resources.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to validate system functionality.
  • Identify, track, and report testing risks, issues, and progress to project leadership.
  • Ensure testing processes are aligned with industry best practices and project governance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and tools.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing testing for large-scale ERP implementations, ideally Dynamics 365.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Retail operations preferred).
  • Experience in developing test strategies, plans, and test cases.
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools and automation frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple testing streams.
