We are currently on the hunt for a skilled professional to join our team as a Photographer.

This 4 day a week role is suitable for a photographer who wishes to retain the freedom to pursue project and freelance work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create visually stunning assets for digital and static media - both large and small format.
  • Capture high-quality images that meet briefs and reflect brand standards.
  • Edit and enhance images to ensure they meet visual expectations.
  • Utilize industry-standard software and techniques to refine images and prepare them for use in campaigns and other assets.
  • Research the industry and competitors to ensure images stand out and reflect current trends.
  • Manage files and backups efficiently, ensuring necessary paperwork or documentation is completed on time.
  • Communicate effectively with relevant teams regarding delivery times and schedules.
Requirements
  • Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or related fields is desirable but not essential.
  • Proven experience in commercial photography, especially in delivering client-specific images under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with shooting in outdoor environments, including managing lighting conditions and weather challenges.
  • Understanding of OOH media standards, including Pro Pics and Proof of Posting requirements, is advantageous.
  • Comfortable driving long distances within Melbourne and interstate as required; familiarity with Melbourne's geography is a plus.
  • Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing a variety of photographic styles and post-production skills.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Lightroom and advanced Photoshop techniques (e.g., color grading, masking, and compositing).
  • Familiarity with professional-grade cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment; ability to perform basic equipment maintenance.
  • Understanding of different file formats and their application in digital media and print.
  • Experience in drone operation and aerial photography, including licensing or certifications, is a bonus.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
