Through continuous investment in research and development, it drives innovation in sustainable packaging and resource recovery, ensuring maximum material reuse and minimal landfill waste.
About the Role:
This role will be accountable for processing vendor invoices, including reconciling vendor and accounts. This role is also responsible for investigating billing and payment enquiries that relate to service disputes.
The role may also require data analysis of vendor credit disputes and regular reporting.
- Accounts payable
- Process invoices into SAP
- Inbound and outbound vendor queries
- Manual credit adjustments
- Monthly reconciliation
- Billing and Payment Enquiries
- Analysis of accounts/ credits/ adjustments and produce daily/weekly/monthly reports
About You:
Are you a detail-oriented Accounts Administrator with strong organisational skills and a passion for numbers?
- Ability to engage professionally with key stakeholders
- Experience in accounts role or a similar finance/ billings/ customer service role
- Strong attention to detail accuracy
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
