Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism, redirecting as necessary.

  • Process sales orders, manage customer queries, and provide administrative support.

  • Support sales efforts, including generating quotations and managing customer accounts.

Knowledge

  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.

  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices.

  • Familiarity with Italian food products is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Excellent time management, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Excel and Word for data processing and administrative tasks.
