**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our team as a Learning and Development Specialist.

The role involves working closely with our experienced educators to create an engaging and stimulating learning environment for children aged 0-5 years.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position, working 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing educational programs that meet the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Working collaboratively with educators to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Providing guidance and support to educators on curriculum development and implementation
  • Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and development

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services
  • Proven experience in early childhood education, preferably in a leadership or supporting role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Current First Aid certificate and Working with Children Check
