About the Role

Our organisation is seeking a highly motivated and community-focused Learning and Development Facilitator to join our team.

In this key role, you will support apprentices, trainees, employers, and training organisations across the region to access and succeed in vocational education and training (VET) programs.

This involves working closely with stakeholders to identify learning needs, designing and delivering training solutions, and evaluating program effectiveness.

You will also provide expert advice and guidance to clients on training options and assist with the development of training plans and materials.

To be successful in this role, you will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a high level of organisational ability.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and delivering training programs, experience working in a VET environment, and a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
