Senior Learning and Development Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled trainer and resource developer to join our team in delivering high-quality training programs to students.
The role involves developing and leading learning activities, providing ongoing feedback and assessment, and creating engaging and compliant learning resources.
The ideal candidate will have qualifications in a relevant field, experience in training and assessment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and lead students in learning activities to meet course competency requirements.
- Provide ongoing feedback and assess student competency and performance.
- Develop engaging and compliant learning resources for delivery and assessment.
- Qualified in a relevant field at least to the level of the course you are teaching.
- TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent.
- Course resource and assessment development experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Aged Care or Disability Support Worker roles.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to engage, lead, mentor and encourage students in classroom and clinical environments.
