We are seeking an experienced and results-driven New Car Sales Consultant to join our
dedicated Mahindra Sales Team at Heartland Chullora – one of Sydney's leading multi-
Your Role Will Involve:
- Representing the Mahindra brand and showcasing its growing range of vehicles –
- including the new XUV3X0
- Managing the full customer sales journey – from enquiry and test drive to delivery
- and after-sales follow-up
- Building long-term customer relationships and generating referrals and repeat business
- Staying informed about vehicle features, promotions, and the latest industry and
- brand developments
- Collaborating with the dealership team to meet shared targets and deliver
You're a passionate and experienced automotive sales professional who takes pride in
delivering exceptional service, building trust with customers, and achieving strong sales
performance.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in automotive sales (essential)
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs and dealership targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- A valid driver's licence
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- Confidence in engaging with customers and understanding their needs
- A team-oriented mindset and goal-driven attitude
- Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses

- 5-day work week – includes Saturdays, with one weekday off to support flexibility
