We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Car Care Sales Consultant to join the team based at Tweed Heads.
What the role entails : Connecting with customers and welcoming them to the dealership, supporting inquiries, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while highlighting the value of protecting their new vehicle.
Generating income for the dealership from the sale of aftermarket products, paint protection, and associated items.
Maximizing every sales opportunity through collaboration with the team, balancing customer experience and profit goals.
Providing relevant sales forecast data to maintain an adequate stock of aftermarket products.
Maintaining an immaculate presentation of the reception and customer lounge areas.
What we are looking for : Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect genuinely with customers and deliver a personalized experience.
A dedicated approach to your career with a healthy work-life balance, understanding the automotive industry involves a 5-day work week including Saturdays and a rotating RDO.
Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across the group, promoting Frizelle Sunshine as a dealer of choice and ensuring a first-class customer journey.
Willingness to learn and grow in car care sales, with any prior sales experience highly regarded.
Proficiency with PC and administrative systems.
A valid driver's license is essential.
