We are currently seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Consultant to join our team at the Tweed Heads Dealership.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Customer Engagement & Enquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and actively prospect for new clients to grow the customer base.
  2. Lead Management & Follow-Up: Develop and maintain a structured follow-up system to nurture leads, encourage repeat business, and enhance customer retention.
  3. Sales & Target Achievement: Maximize every sales opportunity by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and contributing to sales volume and profitability targets.
  4. Product Knowledge & Promotion: Stay updated on the latest product features, benefits, and updates across various models or series to communicate confidently and knowledgeably with customers.

  1. Prior experience in automotive sales is highly desirable, with a proven track record of meeting targets and delivering results.
  2. Excellent communication skills.
