Overview

Accounts Payable Manager position supporting CapitaLand portfolio, based in Sydney. Working within a Finance Hub of 10+ experienced accounting professionals, you will lead accounts payable operations and maintain financial integrity while supporting the finance team. You will report directly to the Portfolio Director of Finance.

Job Description

Working within a Hub supporting 4 key Accor Hotel properties in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, we are looking for a detail-orientated Accounts Payable Manager to lead our accounts payable operations for the CapitaLand portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Tax compliance
  • Payment processing
  • Invoice management
  • Vendor management
  • Process coordination
  • Reconciliation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not essential
  • Great time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a close team environment and a willingness to learn
  • Experience within the hospitality industry is advantageous but not essential
  • Experience in accounts through work or studies
  • Customer service experience and good communication skills
  • Full working rights in Australia
