About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Civil Division Project Manager to join the team at De-Construct, a leading Civil/Demo construction company based in Richmond, South Australia.
As a full-time Civil Division Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful delivery of complex civil engineering projects. This is a strategic position that will contribute significantly to the company's growth and expansion plans.
What you'll be doing
Manage all aspects of civil engineering projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion
Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, including engineers, contractors and subcontractors
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Liaise with clients, stakeholders and regulatory authorities to ensure project objectives are met
Provide regular progress updates and reporting to senior management
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Civil Division Project Manager, preferably in the construction industry
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex civil engineering projects
Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Relevant tertiary qualifications in civil engineering, project management or a related field
Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
Thorough understanding of construction industry regulations and standards
