We're currently looking for an Account Executive (Contractor) to join our team and help build awe-inspiring moments for our clients The position provides an entry-level opportunity to learn experiential marketing alongside our experienced team. Working collaboratively, you will have an opportunity to get hands-on experience while supporting the team to exceed client expectations.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal, communication, and process management skills, as well as a strong writing background. They are able to work as part of a cohesive team and will need to engage with internal Hirschfeld divisions, client partners & vendors, and consumers.
This is a project-specific position running from September through December 2025, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist the team in researching new ideas, building budgets, and designing proposals based on client direction
- Brainstorm and present new ideas to key internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on experiential marketing trends, ensuring Hirschfeld proposes the latest and greatest ideas to new and existing clients
- Source and vet outside vendors as needed
- Develop client-facing materials, including presentations, POVs, budgets, timelines, event recaps, and approval documents
- Participate in strategy, planning, and status calls
- Assist with logistics such as transportation, inventory management, and activation flow
- Occasionally travel for on-site event execution (all travel-related expenses covered)
- Support creative and production teams in developing marketing assets for events, ensuring timely execution
- Experience in experiential marketing or live events preferred, with a strong interest in creating memorable brand experiences
- Highly motivated, team-oriented, and proactive, with a positive attitude and a solutions-driven mindset in fast-paced environments
- Strong leadership and communication skills; able to manage teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and problem-solve in real time while on the road
- Organized and strategic thinker with strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights clearly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with the ability to create clear documents, reports, and presentations
