Job Overview

Key Driver of Growth

As a key driver of growth in the Consumer Products & Services industry, you will be responsible for building and managing targeted portfolios of core Tier 1 accounts. You will partner with Client Partners to expand strategic relationships, manage both Net New and Core accounts, and drive value and long-term growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Portfolio Management: Building and managing targeted portfolios of core Tier 1 accounts.
  2. Relationship Expansion: Partnering with Client Partners to expand strategic relationships.
  3. Account Management: Managing both Net New and Core accounts, each requiring distinct executive-level account management capabilities.
  4. Prospecting and Negotiation: Prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing new opportunities while expanding existing relationships.
  5. Collaboration: Working closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to craft compelling, tailored solutions for each client.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, solution selling, or professional services.
  • Extensive experience in consultative customer engagement and selling of service-oriented or Outcome-based solutions, particularly within Consumer Products and Services industry, with focus on Retail, CPG, Food, and Grocery segments.
