Are you ready to take the next step in your insurance broking career? CPS General Insurance, a well-established brokerage located in Chatswood and part of the respected Resilium Partners and Envest Group, is expanding — and we're seeking a relationship-driven Senior Account Manager to join our high-performing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a trusted name in insurance while managing a well-established portfolio of SME and Commercial clients and contributing to new business growth across the SME and mid-market sectors.

What the role involves: In this key role, you'll deliver expert insurance advice and tailored solutions to a broad range of clients, your responsibilities will include:

• Client Advisory – Provide strategic, customised insurance advice to SME and Commercial clients across various industries.
• Business Development – Identify and secure new business opportunities through relationship-building, networking, and a deep understanding of client needs.
• Solution Design & Delivery – Develop and present competitive insurance strategies aligned with each client's risk profile and business goals.
• Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through consistent communication and high-touch service.
• Internal Collaboration – Work closely with underwriting, operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

What we are looking for

• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification is essential for this position.
• Relevant industry certifications or professional development in financial services
• Strong knowledge of general insurance products, particularly SME and commercial lines.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in insurance broking, underwriting, or financial services.
  
  

Cantonese language skills are highly desirable, as we continue to grow our diverse client base and enhance our ability to deliver personalised service across communities.
