The Senior Account Executive plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by effectively managing client accounts and ensuring insurance policies meet clients' evolving needs.
Main Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Development: Foster strong relationships with key clients, guaranteeing satisfaction with coverage and service.
- Strategic Growth Initiatives: Identify new business opportunities, cross-sell, and up-sell insurance products while managing a portfolio of clients.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct thorough risk assessments and recommend suitable insurance coverage to minimize potential losses.
- Negotiation and Renewal Management: Negotiate with insurance carriers to secure favorable rates and oversee policy renewals to ensure seamless transitions.
- Claims Support and Resolution: Provide assistance to clients with claims processes, ensuring smooth handling and fair settlements.
- Market Intelligence and Advisory: Stay informed about market trends, regulations, and new products to offer expert advice to clients.
- A degree in Business or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in general insurance
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
