As a Talent Acquisition Partner supporting the APAC region, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization. Beyond being a recruiter, you will be a change catalyst, a trusted advisor, a business steward, and a project manager all rolled into one.

What you'll do

• Be a Trusted Advisor and Partner : Delve deep into the intricacies of TELUS Health, offering expert advice on talent strategies and crafting innovative recruitment approaches across the APAC region.

• Become an Expert in Your Field : Source exceptional candidates, drive seamless selection processes, and provide invaluable market insights.

• Champion Customer Experience : Ensure every hiring leader and candidate embarks on an exceptional hiring journey, leaving a lasting positive impression.

• Promote Our Culture : Cultivate and nurture relationships internally and externally, embodying our core values and culture.

• Educate and Influence : Lead the charge in ensuring that your client group fully embraces and adheres to the Talent Acquisition guidelines and processes, maintaining alignment with best practices.

• Navigate Ambiguity and Change : Embrace a continuously evolving environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability towards change as you support and guide the business in building solutions to address talent and market challenges

What you bring

• Extensive Recruitment Experience : 5+ years of recruitment in large corporate environments and ideally supporting health related portfolios.

• Educational Background : Possess a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent blend of education and experience.

• Global Scope : Experience in recruiting across the APAC region will be considered a valuable asset, enhancing your ability to engage with a diverse talent pool.
