Overview

Talent Acquisition Systems & Reporting Lead role at Visy. This is a 12-month full-time fixed-term contract. You'll be the engine room of our recruitment operations, as the ATS super user, driving systems optimisations, data integrity and enabling the TA team to deliver at pace. You'll lead recruitment reporting and analytics to give leaders insights for smarter workforce decisions, and enable our people through training, coaching and knowledge sharing to ensure tools and processes are consistently adopted in the team and the wider people leader community.

About the team

Joining a team of 18 Talent Acquisition professionals in a centralised function that works with all divisions across Australia and New Zealand to manage recruitment activity for people leaders. The team operates from various locations across the east coast of Australia, predominantly from Essendon Fields, with 3 days in the office.

Responsibilities
  • Own and optimise PageUp — configuration, upgrades, vendor management and integrations
  • Drive reporting and analytics delivering dashboards and insights that inform decision-making within the team and across the wider business
  • Maintain systems data integrity, compliance and audit readiness
  • Lead training, coaching and documentation to improve sourcing effectiveness and tool adoption
  • Partner with stakeholders on strategic recruitment technology projects
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and AI-enabled recruitment solutions
What You Will Bring
  • Solid demonstrated recruitment systems administration in PageUp
  • Strong data analysis skills with high proficiency in Excel and Power BI
  • Experience with sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Talent Search
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for users and influence adoption
