We're on the lookout for a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Advisor to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll be a trusted point of contact for managers and employees, providing practical guidance on everything from recruitment and onboarding to performance, development, employee relations, and HR projects.

You'll play a key role in helping to deliver HR strategy and operational services across the business, fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting meaningful change. This is a true generalist opportunity where no two days are the same, and your ideas and energy will be valued from day one.

• Support the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance, and development
• Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees
• Assist with employee relations matters and policy interpretation
• Coordinate HR reporting, analytics, and compliance activities
• Support HR projects including D&I, engagement surveys, and other programs
• Manage HR administration including contracts, letters, payroll inputs, and system updates
• Lead talent acquisition activities, managing end-to-end recruitment, building talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• 3+ years' experience in a generalist HR role, including recruitment (preferable)
• Strong working knowledge of HR legislation and policies (Fair Work Act, EEO, etc.)
• Experience using HCM systems and managing recruitment processes
• High attention to detail, solutions-focused approach, and a collaborative mindset
• Successful applicants must have unlimited working rights in Australia and will be required to undertake pre-employment checks.
