About This Role:

As a proactive and strategic business advisor, you will play a key role in delivering high-performance outcomes for our business leaders. Your primary focus will be on providing guidance to support key initiatives within the Defence & Social Infrastructure sector.

This is a generalist position that requires a true expert in human resources management, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, change management, workforce planning, engagement, training, and development, as well as internal mobility and Diversity and inclusion initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a diverse range of stakeholders and workforce experience, working collaboratively to deliver results-driven solutions.

This role can be based from office locations including Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide or Perth with flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Execute people plans that align with business strategic goals.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders to ensure people objectives and outcomes are achieved.
  • Support the resolution of ER issues, ensuring timely, accurate, and legally compliant advice.
  • Talent and Organisational Design strategy to ensure efficient structures are in place to deliver results.
  • Change management, leading the design and implementation of successful change initiatives.
  • Industrial relations assisting the business and our leaders in negotiations to achieve strategic and commercially viable outcomes.
  • Partner with our Talent Acquisition team to provide advice and support aligning budgets, headcounts, and remuneration guidance.
  • Workforce planning actively contributing to business initiatives to optimise efficiencies.
