The opportunity:

We're looking for a driven and collaborativePromotions Coordinatorto join our dynamic team. This role is at the heart of promotional execution — ensuring our campaigns run smoothly, systems are accurate, and our Network Partners are set up for success.

What you'll be doing:

Managing promotional data and system integrity

Coordinating submissions with Category Teams

Uploading ticketing packages and briefing catalogue pagination

Running reports, gap checks, and ensuring pricing accuracy

Supporting store readiness through Hub, allocations, and communications

Being the go-to contact for campaign support across stores, suppliers, and internal teams

  • You'll play a key role in bringing our promotions to life in-store, ensuring they reflect our brand, values, and customer promise.

What we're looking for:

Exceptional attention to detail and strong Excel skills

Confidence working with systems, timelines, and promotional data

Great communication and collaboration skills

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Previous experience in a retail or service-focused environment

Bonus points for experience in promotions, marketing, or understanding of the retail pharmacy industry — but if you're passionate and ready to learn, we'd love to hear from you
