About this Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to manage promotions and offers that drive business objectives and meet customer needs.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns that attract and retain customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Program-managing the launch, monitoring, and reporting of trials and customer promotions in both direct and partner businesses.
  2. Developing and managing a promotional calendar to ensure timely execution of offers.
  3. Creating and managing creative assets and marketing materials with our Performance Marketing and Lifecycle teams.
  4. Coordinating with Marketing Automation and third-party platforms for efficient delivery of offers.
  5. Monitoring and analyzing promotion performance, providing insights for optimization.
  6. Identifying opportunities for segmentation and personalization to enhance targeting and effectiveness.

About You

  • You have experience in Growth, CRM, or Product roles focusing on promotions.
  • You have previous experience running lifecycle promotional programs.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree.
  • You have solid experience in CRM and digital marketing.
  • You have experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and statistical analysis.
  • SQL knowledge is highly preferred.
  • You have experience in consulting, finance, or banking.
