The Role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team located in Orange NSW. We are looking for both Senior Speech Pathologists and those early in their career with the flexibility to work across a range of ages, not just paediatrics. Your duties will include the delivery of the speech pathology services by:

  • Assessing and managing clients in accordance to clinical policies and guidelines, and currently accepted Speech Pathology Australia professional standards of practice
  • Developing functional and family-centred therapy goals
  • Providing a holistic and multidisciplinary approach to care
  • Implementing speech pathology services that are based on the latest evidence
  • Participating in continuous improvement and quality improvement initiatives

About You
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Membership/Registration with Speech Pathology Australia
  • A team player who is willing to connect and collaborate online with a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience in clinical skills across a range of areas, and working within the NDIS
  • Experience delivering training or therapy programs to clients, their families and carers
