Speech Pathologist Position

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a vital member of the multidisciplinary group, you will be responsible for providing speech pathology services based on the latest evidence and working closely with colleagues to address neurodevelopmental concerns.

  • Assess and manage clients in accordance with clinical policies and guidelines.
  • Develop functional and family-centred therapy goals that align with the client's needs and priorities.
  • Implement a holistic approach to care, incorporating various disciplines and modalities as required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and quality enhancement initiatives within the organization.
Requirements
  • Hold a tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Be registered or hold membership with the relevant professional association.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Possess experience in clinical skills across a range of areas, including work within the NDIS framework.
  • Have a track record of delivering training or therapy programs to clients, their families, and carers.
