About the Opportunity

As part of a company-wide strategic transformation, this is an exciting opportunity to join a greenfield procurement function. You will support the development and execution of sourcing strategies across assigned spend areas and provide analytical, administrative and operational support to the Category Manager, ensuring procurement activity aligns with business objectives. The role contributes to the efficient delivery of procurement projects, maintains supplier and contract records, and drives value outcomes, compliance and continuous improvement across the supply chain. In short, you will support the delivery of procurement category plans, provide detailed market analysis and insights on the supplier landscape, and compile spend analysis reports to support tender processes and submission evaluation.

Is this You?

You will be an experienced Procurement Coordinator, Procurement Analyst, Strategic Sourcing Officer or similar with a proven track-record of achievement supporting a procurement team with diverse projects and responsibilities. You should be analytical and commercial, able to manage multiple projects, and provide crisp, data-driven insights. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders and deliver fact-based findings. You will be a honed analyst with a strong understanding of procurement practices, contract administration and supplier management tools, capable of supporting end-to-end, source-to-contract, category management processes. Proficiency in ERP and data tools including JD Edwards (or similar), Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Word and PowerPoint is highly desirable.
