About Kids\' Early Learning

Kids\' Early Learning owns and operates a childcare business, with a portfolio of 27 childcare centres and over 70 family daycare educators. The service employs approximately 300 full-time, part-time and casual staff and serves over 1700 families across the Blacktown local government area.

The Opportunity

We are seeking to appoint 3 applicants to the Child Care OSHC Coordinator positions across our OSHC services. Opportunities across the following locations:

  • 2 x Permanent, full-time positions
    • Kids\' Early Learning Blackett OSHC
    • Kids\' Early Learning Willmot OSHC
  • 1 x Term contract, full-time position for up to 12 months
    • Kids' Early Learning Eastern Creek OSHC

These are full-time 35 hours per week roles, requiring working a split shift covering both AM and PM shifts across 5 days per week. An ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing a programme of developmentally appropriate activities, and maintaining a high standard of care for all children, in consultation with staff.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • Relevant qualifications in a related field, minimum 2 year Diploma in Social Science (Children Services)
  • Solid working experience
  • Clearance of National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check clearance valid for paid work
  • Current class C driver's licence
Remuneration And Benefits

The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council's Enterprise Agreement.

  • Entry level for this position starts at $1,408.84 per week
  • 35-hour working week
  • Employee benefits such as leave entitlements (where applicable), 12% employer contribution to your nominated superannuation fund, Fitness Passport, gym membership discounts, and social clubs.
