About the Role

In this newly created role, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of market intelligence, delivering market analysis and trends, defining model line-ups, and coordinating development to ensure successful launches. Working closely with key stakeholders across the business, your insights will guide strategies that drive brand success.

  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to define model line-ups, grades, and specs.
  • Align Australian requirements with global product teams.
  • Prepare product briefs and presentations for internal and marketing teams.
  • Drive project timelines to ensure smooth vehicle launches.
  • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and recommend strategic actions.
About You
  • Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years in product planning/marketing, ideally in automotive.
  • A love and flair for data, analysis and market research combined with Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement with strong influencing skills and the confidence required to drive project deadlines and present to senior management globally.
