This is a key role within our team, responsible for developing and maintaining efficient production schedules. You will work closely with production, procurement, logistics, and other stakeholders to ensure that customer orders are met on time, material availability is secured, and production resources are optimized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue short-term (daily/weekly) production schedules for blending and packaging operations.
  • Sequence production runs to optimize line efficiency, minimize changeovers, and meet customer delivery requirements.
  • Review production plans to ensure base oils, additives, and packaging materials are available for scheduled production.
  • Manage and execute raw material call-offs in alignment with the production plan to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
  • Collaborate with supply chain planning, procurement, and warehouse teams to resolve material shortages and align plans with manpower and equipment capacity.
  • Monitor schedule adherence and escalate risks to the planning team or customer deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and track KPIs (schedule adherence, service levels, downtime impact).
  • Provide regular updates to operations and supply chain management; participate in cross-functional meetings to improve planning processes.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce excess inventory, improve accuracy, and increase service levels.
  • Support initiatives to streamline scheduling tools and practices.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or supply chain coordination.
  • Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
  • ERP/MRP proficiency (e.g., SAP, JD Edwards) for production scheduling.
  • Knowledge of supply chain principles (materials planning, inventory control, lead times).
  • Ability to analyze data (Excel/Power BI) and translate into actionable production plans.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; problem-solving for scheduling challenges.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment; detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient; proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Team-oriented with a proactive mindset for continuous process improvements.
