We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to deliver technical support and services within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. You will be responsible for supporting multiple clients across diverse industries, providing proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide remote and onsite technical support to clients.
- Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and escalations in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain client infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud environments, and end-user devices.
- Implement patching, backups, and security measures to ensure system stability and compliance.
- Assist with project work such as migrations, upgrades, and deployments.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with RMM tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous MSP experience highly regarded.
