Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to deliver technical support and services within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. You will be responsible for supporting multiple clients across diverse industries, providing proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote and onsite technical support to clients.
  • Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and escalations in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and maintain client infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud environments, and end-user devices.
  • Implement patching, backups, and security measures to ensure system stability and compliance.
  • Assist with project work such as migrations, upgrades, and deployments.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
  • Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Familiarity with RMM tools and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous MSP experience highly regarded.
