Sydney, New South Wales, Australia ASIC Full time
Overview

A future with ASIC means your work will contribute to ASIC's vision for a fair, strong and efficient financial system for all Australians. We value what you will bring—sharp, analytical minds and a willingness to challenge the status quo.

Enforcement and Compliance Group (ECG) plays a central role within ASIC, conducting initial inquiries, compliance activities, or enforcement actions across various sectors excluding markets. ECG identifies and investigates potential misconduct, determines appropriate responses, and pursues administrative, civil or criminal outcomes. As one of ASIC's largest business groups, ECG handles a wide range of complex and high-impact matters, from early-stage assessments to large-scale investigations and litigations. The group's work is supported by in-house legal teams and partnerships with the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions for criminal matters. ECG's ongoing priorities reflect its commitment to protecting consumers through proactive enforcement.

Please note that this recruitment process will establish a pool of Investigators to fill current and future vacancies in our ECG teams.
