Key Duties

The Director, Enforcement will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development and implementation of key strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Providing high-level leadership and guidance to the Enforcement team
  • Exercising complex professional judgement in enforcement matters
  • Contributing to the achievement of our agency's strategic goals
  • Representing our agency in external forums and liaising with external and internal stakeholders

To Be Eligible For This Role

  • Must be an Australian citizen at the time of application
  • Will need to undertake our agency's pre-engagement checks
  • Will need to obtain and maintain an ongoing Baseline Security Clearance
