Base pay range

A$170,000.00/yr - A$200,000.00/yr

We're looking for an experienced hands-on Sales Manager or a Senior Account Executive/Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, and lead marketing efforts for a fast-growing eCommerce agency. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment, excels in business development, and can shape the agency's market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
  2. Identify and engage key decision-makers, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  3. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  4. Establish and nurture relationships with technology partners to enhance service offerings.
  5. Oversee sales-driven marketing efforts, ensuring alignment between business development and brand strategy.
  6. Leverage industry events, digital campaigns, and strategic content to position the agency as a market leader.
  7. Report on sales performance, client trends, and growth opportunities to the leadership team.
  8. Contribute to overall agency growth, ensuring long-term success and sustainability.

What You'll Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within eCommerce, SaaS, or digital services.
  • A strong track record of closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of the eCommerce landscape, including platforms like Shopify Plus and BigCommerce.
  • Experience in managing and leveraging partnerships to accelerate business expansion.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to align sales and marketing strategies to drive business success.

This role is based in Sydney and operates a hybrid work model.
