  • Full-Time, Office Based in Kogarah
Role Overview

What You Will Be Doing

  • Answering customer queries via phone and email
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Filing quotes and ensuring purchase orders are actioned
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM database
  • Following up on quotations and pending orders
  • Liaising with the production team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Identifying and selecting top-tier suppliers
  • Securing favorable contract terms
  • Placing orders for goods or services
  • Monitoring stock levels
  • Ensuring timely deliveries that meet quality standards
Candidate Profile

What You Will Bring

  • Experience in a Customer Service/Purchasing role, preferably within manufacturing
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven stable career history
  • Team player with strong collaborative skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated and driven
