Overview

CX Technical Leader – Collaboration Solutions – Whizdom Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia. Lead end-to-end solution design and delivery for Cisco Collaboration technologies and drive adoption of modern collaboration solutions for high-profile clients. This role is based in Canberra, ACT, and requires on-site presence four days per week. NV2 clearance or higher is mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end solution design and delivery for Cisco Collaboration technologies.
  • Engage directly with senior stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Guide future-state architecture discussions and drive process transformation and automation.
  • Lead and mentor a delivery team while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution architecture and design documentation.
Location & Clearance

This role is based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia, and requires on-site presence four days per week. NV2 clearance or higher is mandatory.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Cisco Collaboration technologies, including applications, hardware, and protocols.
  • A proven track record in delivering complex projects and managing multiple technical workstreams.
  • Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
  • Expertise in networking, UC applications, virtualization, and scripting (DEVNET).
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, CCNA, or DEVASC are highly desirable.
  • A proactive, passionate, and collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
Salary

A$110,000–A$120,000 per year
