Northern Beaches Smash Repairs is seeking a qualified Panel Beater to join our team in Brookvale, NSW. This full-time role is responsible for carrying out high-quality repairs on a wide range of vehicle makes and models. As an integral part of our skilled team, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our workshop.

What you'll be doing

  • Undertaking panel beating, straightening, and reshaping of damaged vehicle panels and body components
  • Removing and replacing damaged parts as required
  • Preparing surfaces for painting and refinishing
  • Performing minor mechanical work as needed
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
  • Collaborating with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

  • Formal qualification as a Panel Beater, with 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical skills in panel beating, metal work, and vehicle repair techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately to high quality standards
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety
  • A driver's licence and your own tools
