With an unwavering focus on excellence, we're looking for a high-energy, results-driven TeleSales Team Lead to inspire, motivate, and roll up their sleeves alongside our telesales team.

We want a true team player in the trenches: someone who is hungry for results, loves making sales calls themselves, and thrives on coaching and inspiring others to hit and exceed their targets.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead from the front – making outbound and inbound sales calls to convert enquiries into appointments for our high-value dental treatments on site at our head quarters in South Perth. Show your team how it's done with your own high performance on the phones.
  • Coach, motivate and mentor a small team telesales/appointment setters to consistently achieve KPIs and smash sales goals.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate your team daily to build a culture of hunger, energy, and success.
  • Monitor team performance using our CRM and develop strategies to improve conversion rates and streamline workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise scripts, processes, and campaigns to deliver results.
  • Celebrate wins and foster a culture where excellence and resilience are rewarded.

Who We're Looking For
  • A high-performing outbound sales consultant with a track record of smashing KPIs and targets
  • An ambitious and ready to prove yourself as a leader; a hands-on leader who thrives on making calls, closing sales, and showing the team how it's done.
  • A natural motivator who loves helping others succeed while keeping yourself at the top of your game.
  • A natural coach and mentor who can balance individual accountability with team spirit.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills – confident in overcoming objections and guiding patients to take the next step.
  • Comfortable with CRMs and data-driven sales processes and sales performance tracking.
  • Industry background in healthcare, fitness, real estate, or other high-value telesales is a bonus.
