Customer Service Specialist Role

This opportunity involves delivering high levels of customer satisfaction through tele-interviews, showcasing excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and advisors.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in telephone consultations with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support
  • Meet service level agreements for completing tele-case interactions within agreed timeframes
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in insurance or a related field
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly
  • Strong active listening skills, with the ability to identify and address customer concerns
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
