Tele-Interviewer Consultant

We are currently working with a client seeking an experienced life insurance professional As a tele-interviewer consultant, you will complete interview applications over the phone, showcasing your excellent customer service skills to build strong relationships with customers and advisors.
Your role includes:
- Delivering high levels of customer service during tele-interviews with customers
- Ensuring tele-case completion within agreed service level agreements
- Supporting the tele bookings consultant
- Continuously seeking new ways to improve the customer experience
- Fostering a collaborative work environment by actively engaging with team members, sharing knowledge and resources, and contributing to collective problem-solving efforts to achieve shared goals
Your Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Active listening skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to engage in active questioning
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
