Tele-Interviewer Consultant

We are currently working with a client seeking an experienced life insurance professional As a tele-interviewer consultant, you will complete interview applications over the phone, showcasing your excellent customer service skills to build strong relationships with customers and advisors.

Your role includes:

• Delivering high levels of customer service during tele-interviews with customers
• Ensuring tele-case completion within agreed service level agreements
• Supporting the tele bookings consultant
• Continuously seeking new ways to improve the customer experience
• Fostering a collaborative work environment by actively engaging with team members, sharing knowledge and resources, and contributing to collective problem-solving efforts to achieve shared goals

Your Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Active listening skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to engage in active questioning
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
