Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high levels of customer satisfaction during tele-interviews with clients
  • Ensuring tele-case completion within agreed service level agreements
  • Supporting the tele bookings consultant
  • Continuously seeking new ways to enhance the customer experience
  • Fostering a collaborative work environment by actively engaging with team members, sharing knowledge and resources, and contributing to collective problem-solving efforts to achieve shared goals

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
