Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on high-value commercial, industrial, and retail leasing for landlords and tenants
• Oversee complex commercial and residential conveyancing, including off-the-plan strata developments
• Lead acquisitions and disposals of premium property assets across multiple sectors
• Provide strategic input on planning, environmental, and finance elements of development projects
• Represent developers, investors, and major stakeholders in sophisticated property transactions
• Build and deepen relationships with decision-makers who control significant portfolios

Key Skills:

• Minimum 10 years post-admission experience in property and leasing law within private practice
• Proven track record managing complex, high-value matters with autonomy
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills that stand up under pressure
• Commercially driven mindset with a focus on client outcomes
• Organisational discipline to manage multiple major matters concurrently
• Specialist accreditation in Property Law is advantageous but not essential
