The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a Leasing Paralegal to join our Sydney CBD office on a permanent, full-time basis.

Please note, due to the nature of the role, we will not be accepting applications from law students.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a career paralegal to join our Retail Leasing and Property team. You will gain hands-on experience, develop practical skills in a supportive, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving instructions and liaising with our clients, tenants and their lawyers
• Preparing lease documentation and general correspondence
• Maintaining client relationships and liaising with clients on a wide range of issues
• General administration
• Supporting other team members as required

Successful Candidates Will Have:

• Prior experience in retail leasing
• An understanding of retail leasing procedures and practices
• Demonstrated strong client relationship and business development skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise work and manage competing deadlines
• Excellent typing and document preparation skills together with sound MS Office skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook
• Understanding requirements for lodgement of documents in PEXA
