Overview

Lead a Dedicated Team at one of Melbourne's Premier Collision Repair Centres

We're searching for an exceptional Centre Manager to steer operations at our state-of-the-art Correct Accident Repairs facility in North Melbourne. As part of the acclaimed AMA Group - Australia's leading automotive repair network - you'll join a workplace where people matter most. Together with your team of 14 skilled professionals, you'll deliver exceptional repair outcomes in a modern, well-equipped workshop conveniently located close to public transport.

What You'll Do
  • Manage end-to-end workshop operations, production schedules, workflows and repair quality standards
  • Ensure accuracy of quotes, efficiency of parts management and consistently high repair quality
  • Build strong relationships with clients and work providers through professional, friendly service
  • Track KPIs and job costings to maintain site profitability and achieve financial targets
  • Lead, develop and motivate your team to promote a collaborative, high-performing work culture
  • Uphold rigorous WHS procedures and proactively manage risks to provide a safe workplace
Who We're Looking For
  • Proven leadership ability and people management prowess
  • Prior experience as a Centre or Workshop Manager, ideally in the automotive space
  • A solutions-focused approach and the drive to boost team performance
  • Strong communication and organisational aptitude
  • In-depth understanding of operational and financial site management
