Centre Manager | Tarneit Unity Park (Brand New Centre)
Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead the brand-new Tarneit Unity Park Centre. The role requires a high level of business acumen and the ability to lead a startup-style centre.
The Opportunity & Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day centre activities, including staff management, budget oversight, and effective communication with families, employees, and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with the Assistant Centre Manager and Head of Curriculum to lead a high-performing team and provide high-quality care and education for children, families, staff, and the community.
- Ensure a smooth and safe child and family experience while nurturing a positive and inclusive culture that encourages collaboration.
- Degree OR Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Minimum 2 years' Centre Manager experience
- Experience leading a startup/brand-new centre is highly regarded
- Strong background in driving change and leading new services
- In-depth knowledge of Children's Services Regulations and National Quality Standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in leading, inspiring, and motivating teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and committed to high-quality care
- Current Working with Children Check, Police Check, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training, and Food Safety Supervisor certificate
