Australia's luxury fashion multi-brand retailer seeks an E-Commerce & Socials Co-ordinator. You will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and optimising the website, coordinating product and content uploads, and managing our social media and digital communications. You will play a key role in ensuring that every digital touchpoint is precise, engaging, and aligned with the Parlour X vision.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Website Management

  • Monitor, maintain and update the website to optimise user experience and avoid performance issues.
  • Ensure product content and all website pages are updated, accurate, consistent, and aligned with company standards.
  • Coordinate product uploads with the studio, photography, and editing team.
  • Manage visual merchandising, category creation, and homepage updates in line with the online strategy.
  • Write engaging, credible product descriptions and content.
  • Manage digital assets, campaigns, and content via Figma.

Content & Creative

  • Coordinate and edit product imagery, including quick adjustments as required.
  • Create engaging digital content, including gifs, videos, and animations for web and social platforms.
  • Update content to drive on-site conversion and enhance the customer journey.

Social/Digital Media & Communications

  • Manage and schedule all social media platforms in line with the brand's strategy.
  • Create and send engaging newsletters via Klaviyo.
  • Ensure brand consistency and innovation across all digital touch-points.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an eCommerce content role, ideally within retail fashion.
  • Skilled in executing online merchandising and content strategies.
  • Experience with Shopify platforms and Klaviyo.
  • Strong photo and video editing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
